F. Division Marshals may briefly halt their units as they reach the reviewing
stand at West Main near State Street.
G. Clearance along the route is 14 feet: vehicles may not exceed this height.
H. It is not permitted to throw candy along the parade route. No materials will be distributed from moving vehicles. Balloons, candy, etc.
