We do have quite a few people
That are homeless,
That don’t have relatives
And can’t take care of themselves and
Are actually walking around on the streets very ill.
They find their way here,
To the Rochester Psych Center,
And it’s very important
That they have something, someone,
To help take care of them.
We’re here as that support for them.
A lot of times we’re kind of the last place for people.
A lot of times, people kind of fall between the cracks,
And they’re not quite appropriate for other agencies.
And RPC — I feel good about the fact
That we take people that fall between the cracks
And don’t really fit into any particular mold.
I think it’s good that there is a place
That people can count on.
